Philip J. Freeburg was born in Wausau, Wisconsin in1956. In 1978 he graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. Mr. Freeburg graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1981 receiving a juris doctor degree and was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar and the U.S. District Courts.  Mr. Freeburg was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 2000. He was District Attorney and Corporation Counsel for Langlade County, Wisconsin from 1984-1988. Mr. Freeburg is currently the Wausau Municipal Court Judge and an Administrative Hearing Officer for Marathon County, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, and the Attorney Section of Wisconsin League of Municipalities. Mr. Freeburg is a past president and member of the Marathon County Bar Association.
