In addition to superior legal representation, the lawyers at Tlusty, Hittner, Kennedy & Freeburg, S.C., bring the “home field advantage” to your legal issues. They have been living, working, and raising their families in the community for many years. They understand their clients’ needs.

They also know the court personnel in the region, and they know how to select a jury; how to prepare for trial; and how to present the kind of compelling evidence that assists local jurors in deciding a case. When out-of town lawyers try a case in the local courts, they need to take the time to learn the local geography, cultural and socioeconomic background of potential juries in north central Wisconsin, local court rules, the local administration, and even where to direct their pleadings; these details can create lengthy delays that interfere with their clients’ ability to achieve a swift and fair resolution to their case.

At Tlusty, Hittner, Kennedy & Freeburg, S.C., the firm’s invaluable local insight and experience help the firm’s clients move through the legal process more quickly and efficiently, meaning their clients are on a faster track to achieve the best possible result.

The attorneys at Tlusty, Hittner, Kennedy & Freeburg, S.C., are proud of their reputation for providing high quality legal services in creative and cost-effective ways. Their commitment to their community is unique among area attorneys and sets the firm apart.
