Jessica J. Tlusty was born in Wausau, Wisconsin in 1971.  In 1994, she graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1997.  That same year, she was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.  Ms. Tlusty is a member of the Marathon County Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, and Wisconsin Association for Justice.  She is currently serving on the  Ethics Committee for District 16 which investigates and reviews ethics complaints against other attorneys.   From 2008  to 2010 she was elected and served on the State Bar of Wisconsin Board of Governors, and served as Board liason to the Solo and Small Practice Committee.
