Jessica J. Tlusty was born in Wausau, Wisconsin in 1971.  In 1994, she graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1997.  That same year, she was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.  Ms. Tlusty is a member of the Marathon County Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, and Wisconsin Association for Justice.  She is currently serving on the Board of Governors through the Wisconsin State Bar, as well the Ethics Committee for the district to investigate and/or review ethics complaints against other attorneys.
